Every Monday morning at 6:15am up until summer we team will do a workout called MMMW - Monday Morning Military Workout!
It's a great start to the day, as it gives you energy & confidence!
The workout will last 30-40 minutes and the exercises can be done by everyone. If you feel like joining the staff, you are welcome!
If you think you are tough, you just have to add a few extra repetitions or sprint a bit! If you think the workout is too tough you take it a little steady and go at your own pace.
We gather outside the school's main entrance and start sharp at 6:15am - no waiting for streagglers! ;)
