There was something a bit unusual about IESJ on Wednesday 28th September. From the neck up the students looked a bit unusual, or dare we say, a bit? crazy?
The headgear on display in this year's Crazy Hat Day competition was, as ever, totally hilarious. Students could be seen wearing anything from a lampshade on their head to a giant kanelbulle! All the crazy hats were photographed and then put on display in the glass corridor. Students could then vote for their favourite. On Monday 3rd October, the following winners were announced:
The Students' Favourite Hat category was won by Oscar Bäck in 9C who won a gift card to spend in the shops in town.
The Best Teacher's Hat category was won by a Junior School teacher, Ms Fogelberg.
The Winning Class category was won by 9C, mainly thanks to Oscar Bäck who received so many individual votes that he helped his class to win the most number of votes in the whole competition. For their prize, 9C were given ice creams on the following Friday.
Four hats were randomly drawn from all the photos, and these students also received a small prize: Christopher Ljungberg 5C, Mim Rönneke 4C, Josefine Lydén 5B and Holly Bott 5A.
